Technology application
The plastic particles are melted and plasticized under certain pressure and temperature conditions, then continuously extruded from the die, and then cooled and shaped into sheets through rollers. The extrusion process from raw material to sheet is three stages of plasticization, extrusion and shaping. The extruder and some accessory devices are the main equipment to complete this process.
